Meet Jarod! Jarrod has over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. His clientele has ranged from bikini competitors and body builders; to youth strength and conditioning for athletic performance; to functional movements for the elderly population to get them moving in a beneficial manner. He enjoys seeing what fitness does for his clients both physically and mentally. Jarrod is an enthusiastic and driven trainer that is guaranteed to push you to reach your goals in a realistic and safe time frame. When he’s not in the gym training clients or getting his workout in, Jarrod is spending time with his favorite people in the world: His two kids. Just as he encourages his clients to maintain a level of activity in their day-to-day lives, Jarrod makes sure to instill the same value in his kids. They spend time together while hiking, playing sports, hunting for bugs or geo-catching. Jarrod deeply believes that movement is medicine and would love to help provide you with your daily dose by training with him.

Meet Trista! She was a dancer for 10 years, have massive dreams of traveling the world and spreading fitness, health, and joy across the globe, and loves her sweet kitty (Stitches). Trista is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified personal trainer (2016), as well as a Pre and Post-Natal Fitness Specialist (2020), and Stretching and Flexibility Coach (2022). She believes that being healthy is about our mindset, lifestyle, and finding balance in the everyday. Trista am not just a personal trainer; She is here to help you learn balance within yourself. She believes that we are all unique, we are all beautiful; it’s time you enhance that. Trista would love to be part of your self-care journey where you (FINALLY) put yourself first. Meet Isaiah! Being an Air Force Veteran, many people assume Isaiah got in shape because of the military, which is completely false. Isaiah developed his passion for training when he turned 17. At that time in my life, he wasn’t happy with how he looked and was motivated to make a change. Isaiah became obsessed with fitness at that point, every minute of free time was spent researching and learning different aspects of fitness. Isaiah is now a certified personal trainer through NASM and here to help any and everyone who wants to make a change. He claims to have made a lot of mistakes in the beginning of his fitness journey, and is now here to help guide and teach you everything he has learned, as well as to help you achieve your dream body as quickly as possible.

Meet Tahir, (or just “T”!)! Tahir has been a personal trainer for over 5 years. He was born in Newark, NJ and attended college at the Pennsylvania State University where he majored in kinesiology, with dual minors in psychology and sociology. Outside of working out, Tahir enjoys spending time longboarding, playing video games, reading comics and hanging out with his two cats: Nebula and Zuko. Tahir’s training programs are designed based around the latest scientific training concepts and tailored to meet each client’s specific needs. Whether a young athlete is looking to build explosiveness or a new retiree is looking to just feel better, Tahir firmly believes fitness is for everybody and would be happy to help you on your fitness journey!

Meet Jeff! Jeff’s road into the Health and Fitness World started as a teenager. He began developing acne in my early teens, which caused him to feel out of place and shy in social situations. However, he enjoyed sports and began playing high school football. It was there that he truly connected with weight-training, running and overall exercising. After a year of consistent training, Jeff started seeing noticeable changes in my body; muscle development, toning, weight loss and overall a healthier, happier self. His body began taking shape and he fell in Love with what’s now his passion. Entering the U.S. Marines shortly after High School, Jeff continued to train and further his education of health/fitness in Military Fitness Training. In 2001, he competed in the Maryland National Bodybuilding Competition. During this time, he also helped others in their fitness pursuit, working with both adults and kids. It was the gratification of seeing individuals make personal transformations, become better skilled at sports and helping them understand the process that has to be consistently followed to achieve and maintain these transformations that fueled his desire to continue personal training on a professional level. As a trainer who struggled with insecurities as a teenager, Jeff believes there is no better feeling than seeing someone, set a personal goal, implement the process, overcome the obstacles and achieve their goal. He will continues to communicate to as many people as possible the recipe for making fitness a lifestyle.

Meet Bree! Bree is a mom of 2 girls. 5 & 7, as well as an ISSA certified personal trainer and Nutrition coach. Bree has worked with a variety of clients from sports performance training, busy moms/dads and elderly. She has a passion for helping clients achieve their goals without “yo-yo dieting and fad workout programs”. She thoroughly enjoys teaching her clients how to live a balanced sustainable lifestyle mentally and physically. Her programs are customized to her clients needs/goals and helps her clients prioritize their health. Bree is dedicated to building her programs that are not only time manageable but also efficient.

Meet Travis! Travis is a husband, father of two boys and former corporate professional turned ACE Certified Personal Trainer. His fitness programs were created to give those busy husband and wives, mothers and fathers, everyday professionals a plan of action to recover and or improve their fitness. The biggest problem of the general population is time. Clay believes people spend too much time on our smartphones looking for work out programs, waiting for equipment and wasting effort on exercises that aren’t getting results. Alana is a huge believer in mindfulness and holistic practices to help people and families reach their full potential. With an extensive background in the wellness industry that spans across all of the many hats that she wears at RockWell Fitness. With a background in ballet from youth, yoga and barre were natural for her to step into as a teacher when she discovered them in 2009 which also led Alana to getting her Integrative Nutrition & Life Coaching Consultant certification in 2015-2016. In addition to leading over 3,000 hours of classes, teacher training, workshops, private classes, small group classes, retreats, and events all over the world, she has also run a thriving business as a remote project manager, business manager, and event planner for many successful businesses, including her own, for over 12 years. In Alana’s freetime, she enjoys spending time in nature and spending quality time with her 4 children and husband, Brad.
