Jarrod Astor

Meet Jarrod! With over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, Jarrod has trained a wide range of clients—from bikini competitors and bodybuilders to youth athletes and older adults focused on functional movement. He is passionate about helping clients improve both physically and mentally through safe, realistic, and effective training. Energetic and highly motivated, Jarrod is committed to pushing you toward your goals the right way. Outside the gym, he enjoys staying active with his two kids through hiking, sports, and outdoor adventures. Jarrod believes movement is medicine and is ready to help you get your daily dose.

Trista Chandler

Meet Trista! A former dancer with 10 years of experience, Trista has a passion for traveling the world and spreading fitness, health, and joy—along with lots of love for her sweet kitty, Stitches. She is a NASM-certified personal trainer (2016), a Pre- and Post-Natal Fitness Specialist (2020), and a Stretching & Flexibility Coach (2022). Trista believes true health is built through mindset, lifestyle, and balance. More than a trainer, she helps you discover balance within yourself. She’s here to support your self-care journey and help you live better, stronger, and more confidently.

Isaiah Jefferson

Meet Isaiah! As an Air Force Veteran, many people assume Isaiah got in shape because of the military—but that’s not the case. His passion for fitness began at age 17, during a time when he was unhappy with how he looked and decided to make a change. That decision sparked an obsession with fitness, and he spent every free moment researching, training, and learning everything he could. Today, Isaiah is a NASM-certified personal trainer dedicated to helping others transform their lives. Having made many mistakes early in his own fitness journey, he now uses those lessons to guide, educate, and support clients in reaching their goals faster and more effectively.

Tahir Jalil

Tahir has been a personal trainer for over five years. Born in Newark, NJ, he attended The Pennsylvania State University, where he earned a degree in kinesiology with dual minors in psychology and sociology. Outside the gym, Tahir enjoys longboarding, playing video games, reading comics, and spending time with his two cats, Nebula and Zuko. His training programs are built on the latest science-backed principles and carefully tailored to each client’s individual goals. Whether working with young athletes seeking explosiveness or retirees aiming to feel stronger and healthier, Tahir believes fitness is for everyone and is passionate about helping people succeed on their fitness journey.

Jeff Turner

Jeff’s journey into health and fitness began in his teenage years. Struggling with acne and confidence, he often felt shy and out of place. Sports became his escape, especially high school football, where he discovered weight training, running, and consistent exercise. Within a year, Jeff saw powerful changes—muscle development, weight loss, and a healthier, happier mindset. After high school, he joined the U.S. Marines, continuing his training and expanding his knowledge in military fitness. In 2001, he competed in the Maryland National Bodybuilding Competition. Helping both adults and kids achieve personal transformations fueled Jeff’s passion for professional training. Having faced his own insecurities, Jeff is driven by helping others set goals, overcome obstacles, and make fitness a lifelong lifestyle.

Bree Moore

Meet Bree! Bree is a mom of two girls, ages 5 and 7, and an ISSA-certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. She has worked with a wide range of clients, including athletes, busy moms and dads, and older adults. Bree is passionate about helping clients reach their goals without yo-yo dieting or fad workout programs. She focuses on teaching a balanced, sustainable lifestyle—both mentally and physically. Her customized programs are designed around each client’s goals, prioritizing health, efficiency, and realistic time management.
